Most reupholstery projects take 4 to 8 weeks from the day fabric is ordered. Simpler projects — like a single dining chair or ottoman — can be done in 1 to 2 weeks once fabric arrives. Large sectionals or full custom builds can take 8 to 12 weeks.
The longest part of the timeline is usually fabric lead time. We use major mills with stock programs that ship in 1 to 3 weeks, but specialty or custom fabrics can take 6 to 8 weeks just to arrive at our studio.
