Captain chairs, dinettes, sleeper sofas, headliner replacement, and full coach interiors — for Class A, Class B, fifth-wheel, and toy-hauler RVs.
Factory RV upholstery is the worst upholstery you will ever sit on. Mediocre foam, basic vinyl, sinuous-wire springs with no foundation, and patterns designed by a committee. Custom RV reupholstery solves all four — properly specified materials, real cushion construction, real fabric. Done correctly, an RV interior reupholstery transforms the coach.
RV work is logistically distinct — every piece must come out of the coach and go back in clean.
We meet you at the coach (or accept it at our shop) to inspect captain chairs, dinette, sleeper sofa, jackknife, and any built-in seating.
Most RV seating is bolted to the floor with standard hardware. Captain chairs slide on factory tracks. We document removal for clean reinstall.
Each piece is rebuilt in our atelier — frame inspection, new foam (high-density polyurethane or memory-blend), new fabric.
Pieces are returned to the coach and reinstalled to factory torque specifications.
RV interiors benefit from performance fabrics (Crypton, Sunbrella) for stain resistance, particularly in the dinette. For captain chairs we often spec ultraleather — the look of leather without the heat-retention issue in summer. Headliner replacement uses headliner-grade fabric only.

Most coach reupholstery requires the pieces in our shop. We can come to your coach for measurement and removal coordination.
For modern coaches, usually yes. For heritage RVs (pre-2000), exact color match is sometimes impossible — we will show coordinating options.
Yes. We use fire-rated fabrics for interior RV seating where required.
Most clients drive the coach to us and leave it for the removal day. We have parking for Class A coaches at our Reno facility.
Schedule a complimentary in-home estimate anywhere in Reno, Lake Tahoe, or the Sierra Nevada. A craftsman will visit, review the piece, and prepare a written scope.
