Frequently Asked Question

Can I have my leather sofa or chair reupholstered in fabric?

Yes. Leather furniture can absolutely be reupholstered in fabric, and many clients make this switch when they want a different look or when leather has aged poorly. The process is essentially the same as reupholstering a fabric piece — the old leather is removed, foam and fills are refreshed, and the new fabric is applied.

The reverse is also true: fabric pieces can be reupholstered in leather, though it requires more material and slightly different techniques. We handle both.
